Return/Refund Policy for Commercial Blue Gem Challenge Creators

At Minitago, we understand that circumstances may arise where a blue gem challenge creator may not be able to complete the target count of 50 gems within the initial 30-day challenge period. We have updated the return/refund policy to accommodate such situations:


1. Blue Gem Challenge Duration:
1.1 A blue gem challenge will be initially valid for a duration of 30 days from the date of its creation.
1.2 If, upon the end of the initial 30-day period, the challenge creator has not reached the target count of 50 gems, Minitago will automatically extend the challenge for an additional 30 days to give the challenge more time to achieve the desired goal.


2. Refund Eligibility:
2.1 In the event of an unsuccessful blue gem challenge, the challenge creator will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the subscription fees paid for that particular challenge if the target count is not achieved within the extended 60-day period (initial 30-day period plus the additional 30-day extension).


3. Refund Process:
3.1 Upon the completion of the extended 60-day challenge period with no winner meeting the target count, Minitago will notify the challenge creator regarding the unsuccessful outcome.
3.2 The challenge creator should contact Minitago’s customer support team within [14 days] days of receiving the notification to initiate the refund process.
3.3 Minitago will review the refund request and, if eligible, process the refund within [7 days] days of approval.


4. Challenge Reward System:


4.1 As part of the challenge reward system, 35% of the subscription fees collected for each blue gem challenge will be allocated as the challenge prize for the winner.
4.2 If a challenge is unsuccessful within the extended 60-day period, and no winner is determined, the challenge prize will not be awarded.


5. Exceptions:
5.1 Refunds will only be granted if the challenge creator fails to meet the target count of 50 gems within the extended 60-day challenge period.
5.2 Refunds will not be provided if the challenge creator terminates the challenge prematurely or for any other reason not related to the inability to reach the target count within the specified timeframe.
